Lundi Lagniappe {3}

You Against Me by Jenny Downham – Took me a lot longer to get through this one then her first one. . . very slow to start.  I felt really bad for Ellie.  Tough decisions. 😦  3.25/5 ~m

Always a Witch by Carolyn MacCullough – First half of book was too slow for me; Tamsin is getting harder to believe.  Why doesn’t her family just let her borrow all of their “talents” already?!?!  UGH.  3/5 ~m

The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight by Jennifer E. Smith – Super cute.  I’m a sucker for anything to do with British guys.  4/5 ~m

Mostly Good Girls by Leila Sales — Great story about friends, and accepting people for who they are rather than what you think they should be.  3.75/5 ~d

Christmas Eve at Friday Harbor by Lisa Kleypas — Contemporary Romance by one of my favorite Historical Romance authors.  Short and sweet story about love and family and grief and moving on. 3.5/5 ~d

Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire by JK Rowling — I have, of course, read this book probably about 3 times already, but I wanted to reread them all again.  This book in particular is an important part of the story and when the whole tale gets turned on it’s head.  It’s the beginning of the end.  Fantastic book, of course. 4.7/5 ~d

    I’m seriously jonesing to read The Statistical…Love! I, too, am a sucker for the Brits! And Harry Potter and the GOF is probably my favorite of the books… with the exception of the Deathly Hallows I think! Happy Lundi to you!

      I’m listening to Order of Phoenix right now. It’s amazing how much you catch every time you reread them…then i wonder if i caught that the last time but just forgot

    I’m totally psyched to read Statistical…I mean, British guy? I’m in. And I love anything Leila Sales. I want to follow her around all day so that she can make me laugh. Her books are so funny.
